How does it work?
For larger quantities, custom work, or a fixed price agreement for recurring deliveries, we are happy to provide a tailored quote. Here is how the process works:
- You send your request — including product information, desired quantities, and any specific requirements.
- We get in touch — within one business day, our sales department will call or email for further details if needed.
- You receive the quote — including price, delivery time, terms, and possibly product advice.
- You give approval — we process the order and schedule the delivery.
Helpful to have ready
- Type of product (which packaging, possibly product code)
- Desired quantities and any purchase frequency
- Destination(s) of the shipments
- Specific requirements (for example GDP validation, FSC certification, printing)
Custom work
We are a manufacturer, so custom work is simply part of what we do. Whether it concerns a different box size, a specific wall strength, an adjusted performance requirement, or custom printing — just ask us. Most custom projects require a minimum order quantity and a design process of two to three weeks.
