We do everything possible to ship your order as quickly as possible. If you order on a working day before 2:00 PM, we will usually send your order the same day. Almost all our products are available from stock immediately. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will of course contact you immediately.
Delivery times
Do you place an order on weekdays before 2:00 PM? Then we almost always ship the same day from our own stock. Generally, orders are delivered within 1 to 2 working days, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. On every product page, you will find an indication of the specific delivery time. If there is an unexpected delay, we will inform you immediately.
Shipping methods
Your order will be shipped via parcel services or specialized transport services for pallet shipments. The shipping method depends on the volume and weight of your order.

Track & Trace
As soon as your order is on its way, you will automatically receive an email from us with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to easily track the shipment of your package.

Cooled Solutions ships to almost all countries within Europe. Want to ship outside Europe? Please contact us for advice and information.
Problems with shipping?
If something unexpectedly goes wrong with your delivery or if damage occurs during transport, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt via our contact page. We are happy to resolve the issue quickly for you.
