The 6-layer insulated liner 70 cm × 110 cm, also known as an isothermal liner, thermal liner, or cold chain shipping bag, is designed for shipments that require both extra insulation and extra length. This thermal shipping bag is often used when products need to be shipped chilled for longer periods and require more space inside the packaging. Think of larger orders or elongated products that do not fit efficiently in smaller insulated liners. In practice, the products are placed inside the insulated liner, which is then packed into a cardboard box. Extra insulation for heavier applications

This isothermal liner consists of six insulating layers, including metalized PET foil and additional insulation layers. This multi-layer construction slows down heat transfer from the outside more effectively than standard cold chain bags. This contributes to a more consistent temperature inside the packaging during chilled shipping. In terms of insulation level, this 6-layer thermal packaging is comparable to a thick-walled EPS box. Use with gelpacks
