What is a TempGuard insulation sheet?

A TempGuard insulation sheet is a flat, pre-folded paper insulation lining that you place inside a cardboard box. Once unfolded, the sheet covers the entire interior — bottom, all four walls, and the top — so your product is surrounded on all sides by an insulating layer. This layer works on the exact same principle as styrofoam: trapped still air in the material blocks heat.

The result is an insulation value comparable to EPS (styrofoam/tempex), but made entirely of paper. After use, simply dispose of the sheet with the paper recycling — no separate collection point, no residual waste. As a bonus, the sheet dampens shocks and impacts and absorbs some moisture during transport.

How to use the sheet

1. Unfold two sheets and place them in the corresponding insulation box, so the bottom and walls are fully lined.
2. Place your product inside and add a gel pack for longer cooling — gel packs go on top of the product, as cold air sinks.
3. Fold the sheets over the contents and close the box. Pack as tightly as possible: the less empty space, the more stable the temperature.

What is the S size suitable for?

The S is the compact size, intended for smaller chilled packages. Think of a few pieces of fresh fish or meat, a box of dairy or cheese, chocolate, or a chilled medicine shipment. Combined with the right gel packs, it bridges 24 to 48 hours of transit, from chilled (2–8 °C) to frozen — without a refrigerated truck.

Choose the TempGuard sheets when you want to store compactly and keep your transport volume low: the sheets lie flat and you add insulation only when packing.
